Refund & Warranty Policy

All sales and repair services performed by Honor Diesel Center are final once work has been completed and the vehicle has been released.
Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion if there is a verified error in billing or workmanship.
Parts that have been installed are not eligible for return or refund, as they are considered used once installed.
Special-order or electrical parts are non-refundable.

If you believe a billing error or duplicate payment has occurred, please contact our office within 7 days of the invoice date for review.

Warranty Policy

Honor Diesel Center provides a 15-day labor warranty on repairs performed by our technicians unless otherwise stated in writing.
This warranty covers labor only and does not include parts, which are covered separately under each manufacturer’s warranty.

To qualify for warranty consideration:

• The issue must be directly related to the original repair.

• The vehicle must be returned to our facility for inspection and corrective work.

• The part in question must still be under the manufacturer’s warranty.

• The customer must provide the original invoice.

⚠️ No Warranty Coverage:
There is no warranty offered on any repairs where:

• The customer supplied their own parts, or

• The customer requested a specific part be replaced without allowing us to perform our own diagnostic to verify the cause of the problem, or

• The vehicle is heavily modified, tuned, deleted, or equipped with upgraded performance parts or performance engine rebuilds.

Warranty does not cover:

• Failures caused by neglect, abuse, or modifications after the repair

• Costs related to towing, downtime, or rentals
