Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Honor Diesel Center. By authorizing service or leaving your vehicle in our care, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Estimates & Authorization
All repair estimates are based on visual inspection and preliminary diagnostics. Final costs may vary depending on additional parts or labor required once work begins.
No work will be performed without customer approval. Verbal, text, email, or written authorization constitutes consent to perform repairs.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, card, Zelle, EFS check, or approved fleet account.
Vehicles will not be released until payment is received.

All credit/debit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.

Financing payments are subject to a 6% processing fee.

Returned checks or failed electronic payments incur a $35 fee plus any collection costs.
Unpaid balances beyond the agreed terms may accrue a 1.5% weekly finance charge until paid in full.
3. Vehicle Storage & Abandonment
Vehicles left more than 3 business days after completion are subject to a $45 per day storage fee unless prior arrangements are made.
Vehicles left over 30 days without communication may be considered abandoned and will be subject to a mechanic’s lien in accordance with North Carolina law.
4. Parts & Labor Warranty
All labor performed by Honor Diesel Center is covered under our 15-day labor warranty, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Warranty applies only to the original repair and only if the vehicle is returned to our facility for inspection and corrective work.
There is no warranty on:

Customer-supplied parts

Jobs where the customer declined diagnostic testing

Heavily modified or tuned vehicles

Performance engines or upgraded parts

Electrical components, special-order, or used parts
Warranty excludes towing, downtime, rental vehicles, or related expenses.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings before service.
Honor Diesel Center is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle, or for mechanical/electrical failures unrelated to the approved repairs.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Honor Diesel Center will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from repairs, delays, or parts availability.
All vehicles are repaired to industry standards, but due to the nature of mechanical systems, no guarantee is made beyond the stated warranty terms.
7. Policy Updates
Honor Diesel Center reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
